To enhance teamwork, improve cohesion, stimulate the cultural and entertainment atmosphere of the park, and improve the work happiness index of employees.
On November 5, the 2019 Shenzhen (Longgang) Cultural and Sports Tourism and Leisure Season and the 5th Tianan Digital City Sports Games were opened at the Longgang Tianan Digital City F-TOWN Vitality Plaza. The current sports meeting attracted nearly 2,000 employees from the park to sign up for participation. Each project has 30 to 40 teams participating in the competition. As a critical enterprise in the park, Long Jishun actively participated in the four major sports events. Among the four sub-projects of the Fun Project, united cooperation, concerted efforts, and fierce competition won a runner-up and two runner-ups.
